These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of flhealthguide.com and any related forms, calls, texts, and emails (collectively, the "Site " or "Service"). The Site is operated by Turner Risk & Wealth LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as FL Health Guide, by Benjamin Turner, a Florida-licensed insurance agent (License #G227271) ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or submitting any information through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What FL Health Guide Is, and Is Not

FL Health Guide is an independent, Florida-licensed insurance agency operated by Benjamin Turner (Florida Insurance License #G227271). Benjamin is the producing agent, and he is the person you'll speak with when you submit a form or call. We help Florida residents compare and enroll in ACA marketplace health insurance plans, short-term limited-duration medical insurance (STM), and hospital indemnity / supplemental insurance products. STM is not major medical or ACA-compliant; it may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have annual or lifetime benefit limits. Fixed indemnity insurance pays a fixed cash benefit per covered event and is not a substitute for major medical insurance. Plan suitability depends on your individual situation; Benjamin will walk through the trade-offs before any enrollment.

We are not:

• An insurance carrier or underwriter;
• Healthcare.gov, CMS, the federal government, or the State of Florida;
• Affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or program;
• A lead-generation service or "lead aggregator." We do not sell your information to other agents or agencies;
• Able to guarantee a particular premium, subsidy amount, plan availability, or eligibility outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a Florida resident (or have a legitimate interest in Florida health insurance) to use the Site. By submitting information, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Quote Requests and Communications

When you submit a quote-request form, you authorize Benjamin Turner / FL Health Guide to contact you by phone (including via automatic telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded or artificial voice), SMS/text, and email about health insurance plans, related products, and the status of your coverage. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, transfer, or share your information with other insurance agents, agencies, or third-party lead buyers for their marketing. Benjamin is the only person who contacts you from our agency. Information shared with an insurance carrier or with Healthcare.gov happens only if you choose to enroll in a plan and is limited to what's needed to issue your policy.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, unsubscribing from emails, or calling (954) 998-6720 and asking to be removed from our list. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

4. Informational Content; Not Advice

Plan summaries, subsidy estimates, comparison tools, blog posts, and other content on the Site are for general informational purposes only and are not, and should not be relied upon as, individualized insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Premiums, eligibility, subsidies, plan availability, and benefits are determined by federal and state rules, the carriers, and your specific circumstances, and may change at any time. Talk to a licensed insurance agent (us or another) for advice specific to your situation before making a coverage decision.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for a particular plan, premium, subsidy, or Special Enrollment Period. Statements like "many Floridians qualify for $0/month coverage" describe a real benefit that some — but not all — consumers receive. Whether you qualify depends on your income, household size, household composition, immigration status, geographic location, available plans in your county, and other factors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without their permission;
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site;
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (excluding third-party trademarks, which belong to their respective owners) are owned by Turner Risk & Wealth LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Carrier names and logos referenced on the Site are the trademarks of their respective carriers and are used to identify plans we may quote.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., Healthcare.gov, carrier sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Use of a third-party site is subject to that site's terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Turner Risk & Wealth LLC nor its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any quote, plan, or coverage decision made in reliance on it. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turner Risk & Wealth LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
