FL Health Guide ("we," "us," "our," or the "Site") is operated by Turner Risk & Wealth LLC, a Florida-licensed insurance agency, by Benjamin Turner (Florida Insurance License #G227271). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this Site or submit a quote request, how we use and share that information, and what rights and choices you have.

Please read this Policy in full before submitting any information. By submitting a form on this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are and What We Do

FL Health Guide is an independent, Florida-licensed insurance agency. We are not Healthcare.gov, CMS, the federal government, the State of Florida, or the Health Insurance Marketplace, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.

We operate as a lead-generation service: we collect information from consumers interested in health insurance and connect those consumers with licensed insurance agents and agencies (including ourselves) who may then contact the consumer to discuss insurance plan options.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly (typically via the quote-request form):

• First name (and, if you provide it, last name)
• Florida ZIP code
• Age
• Household size
• Annual household income range
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Any additional details you choose to share (e.g., in a callback request or email)

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

• IP address and approximate location (city/region)
• Device, browser, and operating system information
• Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URL
• Cookies, pixels, and similar analytics identifiers (e.g., from Google Analytics, Umami, and any advertising networks we use)

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account information, payment card information, or government-issued ID numbers on this Site. If we ever need that information to actually enroll you in coverage, it would be collected through a separate, secure enrollment process — not through the marketing forms on this Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you, by phone, SMS/text, email, and/or pre-recorded or automatic dialing systems, about health insurance plan options;
• Quote and (if you choose) enroll you in coverage as your Florida-licensed insurance agent;
• Estimate subsidy eligibility and identify plan options available in your area;
• Service your policy if you become a client (renewals, plan changes, claims questions, Special Enrollment Period eligibility, etc.);
• Improve the Site, measure traffic and conversion performance, and detect fraud or abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to other insurance agents, agencies, or lead aggregators for their marketing purposes. Benjamin Turner is the producing agent at Turner Risk & Wealth LLC, and he is the only person who contacts you from our agency.

We do share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Insurance carriers, only when you enroll in a plan. If you choose to enroll in a specific carrier's plan (e.g., Florida Blue, Ambetter, Molina, Oscar, Cigna), we submit your enrollment information to that carrier so they can issue your policy. This is necessary to actually get you coverage.
• Healthcare.gov / CMS, only when you enroll through the federal marketplace. ACA marketplace enrollments are submitted to the federal exchange. We do not have a separate relationship with CMS beyond submitting enrollments for clients.
• Service providers who help us operate the Site or the agency (e.g., hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, CRM, fraud prevention). These vendors are bound by confidentiality and use limitations and may only use your information to provide services to us.
• When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FL Health Guide, our clients, or others.

We do not sell your information to third parties for any purpose, and we do not share it with other insurance agents or agencies. We do not participate in "lead exchanges" or "lead marketplaces."

4A. SMS / Text Messaging Program (10DLC Disclosure)

Program: Turner Risk & Wealth LLC (dba FL Health Guide) operates a US-based text messaging program for prospective and existing clients to receive quote information, appointment reminders, plan-renewal notices, application-status updates, and similar transactional and marketing messages related to health insurance.

How to opt in: You opt in to text messages from us by (a) submitting a quote-request form on this Site and providing your mobile number, (b) replying to a message we send, or (c) explicitly verbally consenting on a recorded phone call. By doing so, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Benjamin Turner / FL Health Guide.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your situation. Typical contact is fewer than 8 messages per month for active conversations and significantly fewer for clients in passive maintenance.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and your mobile plan.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message we send to opt out of further messages. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You can also email benturner.insure@gmail.com to request removal.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information sharing: The phone numbers received via SMS Consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (your mobile phone number and the content of our SMS messages with you) will not be sold, rented, leased, traded, or otherwise transferred to any third party, affiliate, or partner for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that operate the SMS messaging program on our behalf (currently HighLevel / LeadConnector by LeadConnector LLC, our messaging-platform provider) is strictly limited to delivering messages to you and is governed by their own privacy, security, and contractual obligations.

5. Your Choices and How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving marketing contact at any time:

• Calls: Tell Benjamin to put you on the internal Do Not Call list, or call (207) 227-2395 and request removal.
• Texts: Reply STOP to any text message.
• Emails: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email benturner.insure@gmail.com.

Because we do not share your information with other agents or marketing partners, opting out with us means you stop receiving contact from us entirely.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you;
• Receive a copy of that information;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for marketing purposes;
• Withdraw consent for future marketing contact.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations (including TCPA consent records, which are generally retained for at least four years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Children

This Site is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
