These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Turner Risk & Wealth LLC, doing business as FL Health Guide ("we," "us," "our"), reachable at 545 Jefferson Dr #2-106, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and (207) 227-2395. These SMS Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

Turner Risk & Wealth LLC dba FL Health Guide operates a US-based, two-way SMS/MMS program to communicate with prospective and existing clients about Florida health insurance. Messages from us include:

Replies to quote requests and questions about ACA marketplace, short-term medical (STM), hospital indemnity, and supplemental insurance products;
Appointment scheduling, reminders, and confirmation messages;
Application status, missing-information requests, and enrollment confirmations;
Policy-renewal reminders, Open Enrollment notices, and Special Enrollment Period eligibility alerts;
Carrier or marketplace updates that affect plans you have inquired about or hold;
Customer service responses to your inbound texts.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Turner Risk & Wealth LLC dba FL Health Guide when you take any of the following actions:

You start a conversation through the chat widget on flhealthguide.com (bottom-right corner) and provide your mobile number, indicating you want SMS follow-up. This is the primary opt-in method on the website;
You text us first at (207) 227-2395 to initiate a conversation;
You verbally consent on a recorded phone call.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may request information, quotes, or enrollment by phone or email instead.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your situation and where you are in the inquiry, application, or policy-service process. Typical frequency is fewer than 8 messages per month. During an active quote, application, or enrollment, you may receive several messages per day; during passive policy maintenance, you may receive only one or two messages per quarter.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send to or receive from us. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan's text messaging and data charges.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Turner Risk & Wealth LLC dba FL Health Guide at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message we send:

STOP
UNSUBSCRIBE
QUIT
CANCEL
END

After you send a STOP message, you will receive a single confirmation text acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in. We process opt-out requests promptly — typically within minutes through our messaging platform.

7. Supported Carriers

This SMS program is supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Mobile Information Sharing

Important: Mobile information (including your mobile phone number and the content of our text messages with you) will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing with subcontractors involved in operating the SMS program (currently our messaging-platform provider, HighLevel / LeadConnector by LeadConnector LLC) is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver messages to you and is governed by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this SMS program. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of that number.

10. Privacy

Our collection, use, and storage of your mobile phone number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy includes details on data retention, your privacy rights, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice (e.g., a text-message notice with an opportunity to re-confirm consent).

12. Disclaimer

Turner Risk & Wealth LLC dba FL Health Guide is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other transmission issues related to text messages, whether caused by your mobile carrier, network congestion, your device, or any other cause outside our control. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.
